Leeroy and Junior will be playing the Rogue stage at shorefest this saturday. the stage is in Vanier Park near the maritime museum.

Happy summer everyone,

Sitting here typing away in the kitchen while Nick strums my beautiful little 1920 tenor guitar in the backround. We are halfway through a run of full band shows with our newest member Jesse Griffiths. Jesse is from Vancouver via Moncton New Brunswick, He's been playing pedal steel and guitar as well as a little bass while junior rips the guitar on our new songs that we are trying out... Well trying out is kind of moot because they are already recorded for our new record! not sure when this little gem is going to be released but i can verify it is my best work yet and chronicles me and my band at the height of our American tour this year. The album was recorded at the amazing Club Roar in Nashville TN, more about that later. Its been nice spending time with the guys, we went camping and hiking in Waterton and enjoying nights off sitting around a campfire playing tunes or listening to vinyl having a good time enjoying life. These guys head home on sunday, the trio meets up for music in the bay in Brentwood Bay for Aug 10th, then me and junior play a handful of Duo shows following that. We're gonna have fun regardless. Lots of tour plans in the works including Eastern Canada, Europe for spring 2012, more USA. So thanks for the support and keeping beautiful. hope to see you out there.
